Art shouldn’t be about perfection. Work with artist, yogi, and all around wellness seaker, Alicia McQuade to create perfectly imperfect watercolors in this full length workshop. Alicia will take imperfect art to a whole new level with additional meditation and breath work to match the imperfect watercolor practice. Located in partnership with Hot Spell Sauna at the Wulff Lodge in Grant Park, this is the perfect workshop to connect and relax within nature.

Nestled in Grant Park above the Seven Bridges Trail, our wood-fired sauna experience will slow you down and allow you to be fully present in your body and the moment. Alternate between the heat, cold showers and lounge space and embrace our version of forest bathing.
